Eligibility for Refunds:

  1. Service-Based Refunds:
    • Refunds for services such as web design, web development, and technical services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must notify us within 7 days of the service delivery. We will review your request and determine if a refund is warranted based on the scope of work completed and the reasons for dissatisfaction.
  2. Course Refunds:
    • For digital marketing courses, refunds will be granted under the following conditions:
      • If you cancel your enrollment within 7 days of purchase and before accessing the course materials, you are eligible for a full refund.
      • If you have accessed course materials but have not completed more than 10% of the course, you may be eligible for a partial refund, which will be determined at Websensy’s discretion.
      • No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the purchase date or if more than 10% of the course has been completed.

Non-Refundable Services:

  1. Custom Work and Special Projects:
    • Services involving custom work, such as bespoke web design or development projects, are non-refundable once the project has been initiated. This includes but is not limited to planning, design drafts, coding, and testing. Refunds for custom work will only be considered if the project is canceled by Websensy before any significant work has been started.
  2. Completed Services:
    • If a service has been fully delivered and accepted by the client, no refunds will be issued. This applies to all web design, web development, and technical services provided by Websensy.
  3. Third-Party Services:
    • Any services provided by third-party vendors or partners through Websensy are subject to the refund policies of the respective third-party providers. Websensy is not responsible for refunds related to third-party services.

Process for Requesting a Refund:

  1. Contact Us:
    • To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at with your order details, including your name, contact information, service purchased, and the reason for the refund request. All refund requests must be submitted in writing.
  2. Evaluation:
    • Upon receiving your request, Websensy will evaluate the situation and determine if a refund is applicable. We may request additional information or documentation to support your request.
  3. Refund Decision:
    • Websensy will communicate the outcome of the refund request within 14 business days. If a refund is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days of the approval. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Exceptions:

  1. Promotional Offers:
    • Services purchased under special promotions, discounts, or offers are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the terms of the promotion.
  2. Force Majeure:
    • Websensy is not liable for any delays or failures in providing services due to circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures. In such cases, refunds will not be issued.

Chargebacks:

  1. Disputes:
    • If you initiate a chargeback with your credit card provider or bank without first contacting Websensy to resolve the issue, you may be charged an administrative fee and/or be subject to legal action. We encourage you to contact us directly to address any concerns or issues with your service before initiating a chargeback.
  2. Resolution:
    • Websensy will work with you to resolve any disputes and may offer alternative solutions, such as service credits or adjustments, in lieu of a refund. We aim to ensure that all clients are satisfied with the services they receive.
